Shantrice Gibson, Psy.D
Shantrice Gibson, Psy.D is a licensed psychologist in California. Her practice of psychology grew from the desire to help others find their voice and build healthy relationships with themselves and others. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa and obtained her master’s and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology with special interests in diversity and development from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University-Chicago. Dr. Gibson has experience with providing therapy and assessment services to diverse populations within correctional, community, and military settings across the country. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the Creighton School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. She primarily relies on a combination of evidence and strength-based approaches to address an array of issues to include relationship problems, trauma, poor self-esteem, anxiety, mood concerns, grief, psychosis, inequality, and major life transitions or milestones.
